DESTRUCTIVE FIRE
BLAZE IN TOBACCO FACTORY p,A. NELSON, June 7. Fire in the Nelson Tobacco Company’s factory last night caused darnage estimated at £IO,OOO. Valuable machinery, stocks of manufactured tobacco, and 50001 b of leaf were lost. A recently-installed cigarettemaking machine, which cost about £6OOO, was not damaged.
