VON NIDA AGAIN
AUSTRALIAN WINS SPALDING TOURNAMENT Rec. 8 p.m. LONDON, June 5. The Australian, Norman von Nida, won the £1250 Spalding golf tournament at St. Andrew’s-with an aggregate of 289 for 72 holes. He took the lead at the end of the third round after a fine 71. F. Bullock equalled- the course record with 67 in the final round. The leading scores were:—Von Nida 289, Bullock, R. A. Whitcombe 291, Padgham 292, R. Burton 293.
