PETROL ALLOWANCES
Sir,—Since petrol is reputed to be in short supply, it would be interesting to know why numerous telegraph messengers now ride around in iow-powered motor cars. Has the bicycle suddenly become an impracticable mode of conveyance for the delivery of telegrams?—l am, etc., Man Junior.
