POWER CHARGES
OTAGO BOARD'S DISTRICT APPLICATION FOR INCREASE GRANTED p.A. ■ WELLINGTON. May 26. The Price Tribunal has granted the Otago Electric Power Board permission to increase its charges to bring an increase of 8.75 per cent, in revenue. The board is to submit to the tribunal for consideration the proposed manner in> which the total increase is to be distributed over various classes of contributors to its Revenue. The present discount of 10 per cent, must be maintained.
