FAIR TO CLOUDY The Meteorological Office in Wellington has issued the following official weather forecast for to-day:— Situation.—A scries of depressions is passing from the South Tasman Sea. to the south of New Zealand. Forecast to 5 p.m. To-day.—Mode-rate north winds; weather fair to cloudy'; temperatures cool to moderate. Further Outlook.—Westerly change, with showers, early Friday. Weather in Dunedin. —Mild conditions prevailed in Dunedin yesterday when 6lir 12min of sunshine were recorded. Temperatures ranged between 42 and 58 degrees, the grass minimum being 34.3 degrees. At midnight the barometer read 29.68 in (1005 millibars). •
