OF NEW In thb Matter of a Local Bill Entitled “ Balclutha Housing Amendment Bill, 1948.” NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that application is intended to be made to the General Assembly of New Zealand at the forthcoming Session thereof on behalf of the Balclutha Borough Council for leave to introduce a Bill entitled “Balclutha Housing Amendment Bill, 1948,”'and the objects which such Bill is intended to affect are as follows: 1. This Bill may be cited as Balclutha Housing Amendment Bill, 1948, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the “ Balclutha Housing Act, 1945 ” (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Act”). 2. Sections Six (6), Ten (10) and Subsection Two (2) of Section Twelve (12) of the principal Act are hereby amended by deleting from such Sections wherever the same shall occur the words One thousand and fifteen ” and substituting the words " Two thousand and twenty. And NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that a copy of the said Bill has been deposited in the Magistrate’s Court at Balclutha and also in the Public Office of the Balclutha Borough Council at Balclutha, and remains there open to public inspection during office hours.
