PRINCESS ELIZABETH’S ENGAGEMENTS
LONDON, May 24. The Sunday Express says that Buckingham Palace authorities are considering the early release of an announcement concerning Princess Elizabeth’s future public engagements. The Princess has already accepted an invitation from Oxford University to receive an honorary doctorate of common law to-morrow, and to attend the Bath and West Country show at Cardiff on Wednesday. These engagements, however, are likely to be her last public appearances for some time, although some minor engagements may be accepted.
