NEW YORK VISIT
MISS MARY WOOTTON GUEST OF CITY DURING JUBILEE Rec. 9 p.m. NEW YORK, May 24. ’ Miss Mary Wootton—“Miss New Zealand” will be the guest of New York City during the city’s jubilee celebrations in August; and will later visit 1 Canada and Hollywood, where she will be the guest of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer. She will arrive in New York by air from England on August 2. Arrangements for the visit were completed to-day by Miss Nola Luxford, war-time president and organiser of the New York Anzac Club, and Mr Grover Whalen, chairman of the New York Jubilee Committee.
