COMPANY DIVIDENDS
The Wellington Gas Company, Ltd., has decided to pay the usual half-yearly dividend on preference shares at the rate of 5 per cent, per annum, payable on June 15.
Goldsbrough Mort announces for the year ended March 1 a final dividend of 4 per cent, on the old shares, together with a bonus of 2 per cent., which, with the interim dividend paid last December, will make a total distribution of 8 per cent. There will also be a dividend and bonus totalling 2 2-3 per cent, on the 1947 shares. The National Mortgage and Agency Company (N.Z.), Ltd., has declared a taxfree interim dividend of 2J per cent, for the half-year ended March 31, on A and B ordinary shares on New Zealand and London.
