HIGH ACHIEVEMENT
SERVICE TO NEW ZEALAND LATE SIR FRANCIS FRAZER P.A. WELLINGTON, May 11. “ His death is a loss to New Zealand, but the record of his life stands as one of high achievement in the service of his country,” said the Prime Minister, Mr Fraser, this afternoon in a tribute to the late Sir Francis Frazer. “In every way he will go down in New Zealand history as a man whose contribution to the general good has been o& inestimable value. It is given to few men to occupy so many positions of vital importance to the country’s well-being; but he brought honour to them all through his steadfastness of purpose, clarity of mind, and sound judgment.”'
