A Close Finish There was a great finish to the Orepuki Harness Trot at Invercargill on Saturday, Prince Hall gaining a narrow decision from Hall Ace and Fortitude in a photo finish for the first three places. Hall Stand made most of the running, but he began to give ground at the home turn, where Fortitude took over and led into the straight from Hall Ace, Keymaster, Duncraig, Parawa Derby, and Prince Hall. In the run home Hall Ace had Fortitude beaten just short of the post when Prince Hall finished fast to secure a head decision. Hall Ace beat Fortitude by a neck for second, with Keymaster right up m fourth place.
