COLOMBIAN WORKERS* DECISION Rec. 11 p.m. BOGOTA, Apl. 16. The Government radio announced that the Colombian Workers’ Federation last night called off the general strike, which it ordered immediately after the assassination of the Liberal Party leader, Dr Jorge Gaitan, and which touched off the revolution. As a result of the decision all factories and railways are expected to begin functioning again to-day.
