World publication commences to-day of the first series of war memoirs of the Rt. Hon. Winston Spencer Churchill, to which the Daily Times has regional rights. The articles will be printed daily, or as circumstances permit, so that the series, which consists of some 90,000 words, will be completed in about 30 publication days.
