Sir.—Your readers cannot fail to be impressed by the high intellectual quality of the speeches of Mr Parry and Mi Semple as reported in to-day s Daily Times. A particularly rich piece was Mi Semple’s statement that the Communists were “ too weak to put a Boston crab on a blowfly.” This seems to imply that Mr Semple thinks the present unrest throughout the world is a contest between the Communists and the blowflies.
