SCOUT AND CUB NOTES

At a Scoutmasters’ meeting on Wednesday night arrangements were made for camps at Easter. Tcaneraki will camp at Maruakoa, St. Patrick's at Teschemakers, Columba at Hampden, Maheno at Clarks Bam and Weston, St. Luke s, St. Paul s, Highland and Waitaki at Mr Dee s property, Waianakarua. Lone Scouts in the district will be invited to camp with the various troops. The camps will commence on Thursday, March z 5, and will close on Tuesday, March 30. Scouts. Cubs, members of group committees and friends are invited to see the official French jamboree films to be shown at St. Paul’s Hall on April 3 at 7.30 p.m. Pictures of the royal wedding will also be shown. In future the Scolders’ meeting will be held on the first Wednesday in the month On April 21 a patrol leaders parliament will be held in St. Luke s den.
