Boracure PROVED EFFECTIVE , by independent N.Z. Scientist * In tests of various wood-treating preparations, entomologists of the Dept, of Scientific & Industrial Research demonstrated that Boracure's oil-soluble toxic (Pentachlorphenol) was entirely effective in the control of woodboring insects. In the tests, which covered several years' investigation, specimens of timber were impregnated with various oil-soluble and water-soluble toxics and subjected to borer attack.
