REMAND GRANTED
MURDER OF INFANT ALLEGED P.A. AUCKLAND, Mar. 5. On a charge of murdering Gala Kirigi, aged four years, at Ohakune on December 12, 1947, Margaret Mary Teresa Loo, aged 26, a domestic, today appeared before Mr F. H. Levien, S.M. Applying. for a remand, Detective Sergeant Sharp said that extensive inquiries were still to be made by the police. The magistrate remanded the accused in custody to March 18.
