POLISH IMMIGRANTS REACH DOMINION
PA.- WELLINGTON, Mar. 4. Eight Polish immigrants—men who have teen separated from their families since the Nazi invasion of Poland—arrived at Wellington on the Port Hobart yesterday en route to Pahiatua. Some of them are to be reunited with their relations. All the Poles are ex-servicemen recently discharged from the R.A.F. and the army in Britain. Most of them . left their families in Iran after they escaped from German-occupied Poland, 1 and they subsequently went to England, where they enlisted with the services. All the eight Polish immigrants plan to stay permanently in New Zealand. *
