ENROLMENTS may. be made at the Waitaki High School Board Office on oi before MARCH. 1, 1948, for any of the following subjects:—English, History and Civics; Carpentry (Practical); Motor Engineering (Theoretical and Practical); Dressmaking, Tuesday Evening and Friday Afternoon; Shorthand; Typewriting; Invalid Cookery and Nutrition: Electric Wiring; Book-keeping, Stages I and 11; Mercantile Law, Stage I; and Company Law. The high percentage of passes is evidence of the thorough instruction given by a highly-qualified and experienced staff of instructors in subjects required for the following examinations:—Motor Mechanics, Electrical Wiring, Chartered Institute of Secretaries, N.Z. Society of Accountants, N.Z. Institute of Secretaries, Government Shorthand-Typistes.
