RESPONSIBILITY FOR FUTURE PLANS FOR EXPANSION “In times such as these that mark the celebration of a centenary, leaders in many spheres of activity are rather apt to dwell on the history of the past without realising that they today constitute a body of men on whom the responsibility will fall for moulding history, at least at the beginning of our second century,” said Mr S.
