DIPLOMATS WALK OUT
RUSSIAN'S “ INSULTING ” REMARKS CHARGE OF WARMONGERING Pec Rum VIENNA, Feb. 23. British and American diplomatic representatives walked out of the ceremony celebrating the thirtieth anniversary of the Red Army , in a protest against the “ highly insulting marks of the Soviet Commander-in-Chief, Marshal Kurasov, who said: “ The imperialist Powers are spending millions of dollars to foster another war against the Soviet Union. General Bulganin, Minister of the Armed Forces, broadcast the following order of the day from Moscow radio on the eve of the thirtieth anniversary of the Red Army: —“ So long as imperialism exists there a o our homeland being attacked. Au ranks must be ready at all times, at any price, to defend Russia’s honour and interests.’’
