POLICE COURT
Charged with the theft of a travelling trunk, valued at £5, the property of Agnes Christina Campbell, James Foote, a labourer, aged 42, was remanded by Mr H W. Bundle, S.M., at a sitting of the Police Court yesterday . He will appear on' February 16. Francis Edwin Uhr, a seaman on the Karefu, was fined £l, with costs (10s), on a charge of being unlawfully on licensed premises.
