Miss Olive R. Cartwright and Mr H. S. Tily were elected life members of the Dunedin Naturalists’ Field Club at its annual meeting. Dr Lloyd Cox, formerly of Dunedm, and now of London, has passed his final examination for the Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons, according to advice received yesterday. Mr K. Evans, who has been manager for Dr ages (Dunedin), Ltd., for the past eight and a-half years, has been transferred to the head office of the company in Christchurch, and will leave shortly for the north. Mr G. A. Murray, from Invercargill, will take over the management of the Dunedin branch.
