What but "blind adherence" to. party SHIBBOLETHS by the Mayor and Blue Ticket councillors is responsible for the transport bungle to cite but one exam pie of Blue Ticket control. SHIBBOLETH aptly describes the Blue Ticket Nationalists, because one definition of the word is " old fashioned and generally abandoned doctrine. BEWARE OF SHIBBOLETHS.
