CESSATION URGED
UNRRA SHIPMENTS TO CHINA ALL GOING TO NATIONALISTS Rec. 8 p.m. SHANGHAI, Aug. 18. The majority of UNRRA employees have cabled the Washington Central Committee urging the cessation of relief shipments to China because all of it was now going to the Government side only. UNRRA personnel signing the request included nearly all the Australian and Canadian members of the staff and also about half the Americans.
