AIRWAYS OFFICIALS
VISIT TO DOMINION P.A. AUCKLAND, Aug. 18. Two officials of Pan-American World Airways were passengers on the clipper which arrived at Whenuapai today. The transportation service manager of the Pacific-Alaska Division, Mr F. Hull, will spend about a week in New Zealand inspecting the company’s commissariat equipment and appointments for the handling of passengers. He was previously in New Zealand in 1939. ' , , Mr E. Lind will be in New Zealand for a few weeks to relieve Mr N, Lendrum.. district traffic manager at Auckland, who will go to the United States for a short period to learn the latest developments in traffic procedure.
