“THE WIND OF HEAVEN”

The proof of his brilliance as a playwright and the sincerity with which he has approached his theme is evident in Emlyn Williams’s “The Wind of Heaven,” which will be presented at His Majesty’s Theatre this week. The story, set in a mid-Victorian Welsh village, is woven around that of a peasant lad of just 90 years ago, and with circumstances surrounding a local “ revival.” For this production the Repertory Society has engaged the services of Miss Kathleen Falconer, who already has many successes to her credit and who in this instance has associated with her a clever playing cast, including Roland Watson, Molly Faulks. Charles Smith. Margaret Freeman. William Pryor. Betty Dillon, Betty Johnston and Bobbie Cornish.
