RINGS VALUED AT *l3O The value of the stock stolen by smash-and-grab methods from the Moray place jewellery store of J. A. Holloway on Wednesday night is estimated at approximately £139. A number of wedding and signet rings, all of which were new stock, was taken from the display shelves in the window, which was left with a gaping hole about 3ft across. The, theft is believed to have taken place about 10 p.m. . About 12 months ago the same shop was burgled, the thieves gaining entrance from the back of the premises. The culprits were apprehended by the police and dealt with in the court. The police reported yesterday afternoon that no further developments had occurred in respect to Wednesday night's theft.
