APPEAL DISMISSED
JOCKEY’S DISQUALIFICATION PA. WELLINGTON. Aug. 14. The appeal of I. C. RohlofE against the decision of the Hawke’s Bay District Committee to disqualify him for 10 years was heard by the conference appeal judges at Palmerston North to-day .and was dismissed. Rohloff’s deposit was ordered to be forfeited. _ , . In view of the additional evidence heard by the judges with regard to H. M. Rough and S. McQreal, it was directed under Rule 371 (if (E) of the Rules of Racing that these be referred to the Hawke’s Bay District Committee for rehearing.
