NATIONAL MEETING
Prospects for To-morrow FRANCES LIKELY TO IMPROVE The Grand National meeting will be concluded tomorrow, and with the fields engaged there is promise of another day of good racing. Three of the fields are, however, on the unwieldy side and those who have drawn outside positions will have their handicap added to. The following horses are among those for whom the public may show favour:— 10.32: Hunt Cup Steeples. —Fairyhouse, Bravura, Cloister. 11.22: Longbeach Handicap. —Aft.on Water, Ganjah, Special Flight. 12.2 : Sydenham Hurdles. —Duality, Prize Ring, Desert Trek. 12.47: Styx Hurdles Night Fighter, Hippodrome, Montello d’Oro. 1.32: Heathcote Handicap. —Findon, Lord Elgin, Detain. 2.12: Lincoln Steeples. —Page’s Raid, Surpeen, Spanish Main. 2.55: Redcliffs Handicap. —Beechwood, Penetrate, Copper Coin. 3.42: Selwyn Handicap. —Frances, Julius Csesar, Lorna Leigh.
