REQUEST FOR BODY
PARENTS JEW Rec. 8 p.m. JERUSALEM, Aug. 4.. The parents of the missing Jew, Alexander Rubowitz, have petitioned the Supreme Court for an order nisi calling upon four Britons to show cause why they should not produce the body of Rubowitz. The four Britons are Major A. Farran, W. N. Gray, the inspector-general of police and police officers, Brigadier B. Ferguson and Superintendent C. Hadingham. The hearing has been fixed for Thursday. The military have completed a summary of evidence in the Rubowitz case and a statement is expected whether or not Farran, who has .been under close arrest since July 3, will face a court-martial. Rubowitz is said to have been a member of the Stern Gang. He was last seen being forcibly driven off in a car by a plain-clothed man. Farran disappeared twice during the investigations. but later gave himself up.
