DEATH OF BABY
An inquest was opened yesterday afternoon before Mr J. D. Willis, S.M., sitting as coroner, into the circumstances of the death of Richard Haig, a baby, aged two days, who was fodnd dead in his cot in a maternity hospital at 8.40 a.m. on Saturday. After evidence of identification, the inquest was adjourned sine die. Sergeant C. Mathieson represented the police.
