WANGANELLA REPAIRS
PLATES BEING PREPARED Special Correspondent Rec. 7 p.m. LONDON, Aug. 4. After some difficulty in securing steel, Harland and Woolf, the builders of the Wanganella, are now proceeding " as fast as possible ” with the work of processing plates for repairing the ship's damaged hull and bow. It is understood that it will be several weeks before it is ready for shipping to Wellington.
