' RISE IN VALUES Special to‘the Daily Times OAMARU, June 3. There were small yardings in all sections at to-day’s Waiareka sale. Prices for fat cattle were up, about £1 per head and for fat sheep up by Is to Is 6d per head. Quotations:— Fat Cattle.—Bullocks, prime, made from £2l to £23 15s; medium, £ls 10s to £2O; light. £l4 10s. Fat cows: Prime, made from £ls 10s; medium, £l2 17s 6d; light, £8 ss. A dairy cow made £ls 10s. Fat Sheep.—Wethers, prime, made from 44s to 465; medium, 39s to 42s 6d; light, 35s 3d to 38s. Fat lambs made from 27s 3d to 295. , , ~ Store Sheep.—Wethers made from 22s to 29s 6d; wether lambs, 24s 2d to 255; ewe lambs, 24s 6d. ' Pigs made from 15s to 255.
