CHARGE OF THEFT
EXTRADITION TO AUSTRALIA PA WELLINGTON. May 28. Albert Cyril Register, aged 32. an artist was to-day committed by Mr J L Stout, S.M.. to the care of a Sydney detective, to be flown to Sydney to answer a charge of the theft of a car Detective H. M. Griffin, of the New South Wales Police Force, said in evidence that Register was allowed bail of £IOO in his own recognisance after a hearing at the Central Police Court in Sydney in January, but did not surrender when the case was called at the quarter sessions in April.
