FREEDOM OF PRESS
GUARANTEE IN ITALY Rec. 11 p.m. ROME, Apl. 14. The guarantee of a free press has been written into the Italian Constitution. The Assembly approved a section which read: “Everyone has the right to express freely his thoughts in speech, writing or any other form of discussion. The press cannot be placed under any authorisation or censorship.”
