FRENCH ASSEMBLY’S APPROVAL PARIS, Mar. 19. After an all-night sitting, the Assembly this morning approved the Government’s Indo-China policy by 421 votes to nil. The Communists, including the Communist Ministers, abstained.

POSSIBILITY OF CHANGES Rec. 8 p.m. LONDON, Mar. 19. With the abstention of Communists from the French Assembly’s vote on Indo-China, the possibility of Government changes can no longer be ignored, says the Paris correspondent of The Times. The Communist Party, after the debate, called an unexpected meeting to review, it is believed, the party’s attitude to further collaboration with the Government.
