LUXURY BUSES
LARGE FLEET FOR LONDON Special Correspondent Rec. 8.30 p.m. LONDON, Jan. 22. The London Transport Board is shortly to put on the road the first of 500 new luxury, buses which will be the largest and best-equipped of any buses in the world. Each vehicle will carry 56 passengers, .nd will weigh 12 tons, but it is claimed they will be as easy to drive as a private car. The seats will be of the armchair type.
