FOUND DEAD AT BEACH
MISSING HOSPITAL PATIENT (P.A.) WELLINGTON, Jan. 10. The body of a man found at Lyall Bay Beach shortly before noon to-day has been identified as that of Clifford Allan Martin Satherly, aged 39, who has been missing since Monday, when he left the Wellington Public Hospital. The police have been searching for him all this week.
CHILD DROWNED IN STREAM (Special.) NEW PLYMOUTH, Jan. 10 When a two-year-old child failed to return home from the East End Beach this evening, a search was instituted and the body was later found at the mouth of the Te Henui Stream. The child was Terence McLennan, a son of Mr and Mrs F. W. McLennan, of New Plymouth. There was no indication how the accident happened.
