RETURNS FOR YEAR SLIGHT INCREASE IN DIVORCE FIGURES The returns of the Dunedin Supreme Court for the year ended December 31, 1946, show a slight increase in the number of divorce petitions filed, and a fairly marked rise in the number of petitions for the restitution of conjugal rights. The figures for the year are given below, a comparison being made with those for 1945: 1940 1945
