RUMOUR CONTRADICTED
NO POSTPONEMENT IN DUNEDIN A persistent report that the next wool sale in Dunedin, set down for February 5, was likely to be postponed owing to the waterfront dispute, was contradicted by the president of the Dunedin branch of the Stock and Station Agents’ Association, Mr W. K. Cameron, in an interview with a Daily Times reporter yesterday. Mr Cameron said that on the information at present available to him the sale would be held as arranged. He added that consignments of wool for the sale had been coming in well, and were fully up to expectations. Although the lots had come in patchily owing to unsettled weather having interfered with shearing, the sale was expected to be a good one. ,
