FULL TITLE NOT YET CHOSEN (Rec. 1.15 a.m) NEW YORK, Jan. 1. Viscount Bruce hopes to leave Washington within a few weeks to take his seat in the House of Lords, in which he will have no party allegiance. He has not yet chosen hife full
title. His insistence upon keeping his own name will require some emphasis on territorial designation in his title, as there is already a Lord Bruce. Viscount Bruce of Melbourne and Viscount Bruce of Flinders are among the titles he is believed to be considering.
