FEDERAL AUTHORITY BLAMED

UNFAIRNESS OVER SUPPLIES ALBANY, Oct. 20. Mr Dewey refused to call a special session of the State Legislature to alleviate the housing situation as requested by the ex-servicemen who took over the Sta*e Senate Chamber yesterday.
