WILLIAMSON’S COMIC OPERA There was a large demand for seats when the box plans were opened yesterday for the production by J. C. Williamson’s New Comic Opera Company of “ The Student Prince,” whicli will be staged on Saturday night and five following nights,
with matinees on Monday and Wednesday of next week and for " The Desert Sons," to be played on Saturday, November 2, and six following nights. The story of Prince Karl and Kathie, the niece of the Heidelberg innkeeper, >s full of interest, right up to the final curtain and Romberg's music is undoubtedly the best vet composed for a comic onera.
