Commencing with next Saturday’s issue, it is intended to incorporate in this column, under the above heading, a series of explanatory notes of matters pertaining to share investments, Definitions of the various classes of share, market terms and “ jargon,” and an explanation of Stock Exchange procedure and rules, couched in simple language, will, it is hoped, give the novice a clearer understanding of this approved channel for the investment of savings and idle capital
