CLAIMS OF PUBLIC SERVANTS (P.A.) WELLINGTON, Aug. 28. That public servants have a claim for special consideration, in the allocation of houses was a point made by the president of the Public Service Association. Mr J. P. Lewin, at the annual conference to-day.-'' The question of housing was also mentioned by the Public Service Commissioner, Mr J. H.
