DEGRELLE’S MOVEMENTS SPAIN REFUSES DETAILS (Rec. 7 p.m.) LONDON, Aug. 27. M. Spaak is believed to have asked Spain to explain immediately why Belgium has been refused details of Leon Degrelle’s disappearance after the order to quit Spain, says the Daily Telegraph’s Brussels correspondent. M. Spaak protested to the Spanish Charge d’Affaires against the apparent lack of supervision after the expulsion order.
