DANNEVIRKE HUNT MEETING
BARON BOLD A PROSPECT (Special) WELLINGTON, Aug. 16. The outlook is favourable for the Dannevirke Hunt Club's annual race meeting, which will be held on the Hastings racecourse to-morrow. The weather has been fine since the beginning of the week and the track is faster than it was tor the Hawke's Bay Hunt meeting last week. Foxada, who would have been one of tne favourites, is an unlikely starter in the Oringi Hurdles. Most of the runners vvitn dual engagements are likely to run more than once except Skyhawk, who is to start in the Oringi Hurdles, in which he will be ridden bv A. N. Gregory. Betting will be win-and-plaee. and the following horses will be well supported. 11.15: Oringi Hurdles.—Skyhawk, Northfield, Tracer. , _ 12.0: Takapau Novice, No. I.—II Corona, Genghiz Khan.
