DEFEAT OF AUCKLAND (P.A.) AUCKLAND, Aug. 12. In the final game of the New Zealand tour, the English rugby league team comfortably defeated Auckland by 22 points to nine to-day. An atetndance of 12.000 was delighted with the clever play of the visitors’ backs. The home team led by six points to two at half time, The second half saw the English backs in brilliant offensive movements, passing bouts being started from any position.'
