MINERS STRIKE AGAIN (Rec. 11.30 p.m.) SYDNEY. Aug. 9. Yesterday’s strike-free record was blotted to-day by 1400 miners at four New South Wales collieries who struck in defiance of the federation’s order. Some of the stoppages come within the category of unnecessary strikes, which the Central Council has instructed the men to avoid.
